Poitot Citadel Kill - One Question

Hello!

How is it possible that the Poitot-Citadel is already dead.

Here is the killmail: Astrahus ( Citadel )
There are already fighters in it, so it seems that it was online and ready for use.

On the EVE Helpdesk you will find these article: CITADEL VULNERABILITY STATES

Quote out of the article:
Quote:
The duration of the Invulnerable state between attacks is:

24 hours from shield to armor, then 6 days from armor to hull for any structure outside wormhole space

If it was anchored and onlined on Wednesday. (The release of the citadel addon)
Shield at 0 on Wednesday
Armor at 0 on Thursday AND then 6 days invulnerable.

Wednesday was 4 days ago?! WTF?!

We tested it on the Testservers and had no invulnerable state after shooting all the shields and started to hit armor right away?

Is the article wrong or I forgot about something?

You can get em while they online. Which is like 24 hours or something. Then it 100% pure hull. you don't need to go though the timers.

AKA the scientist.

Death and Glory!

Well fun is also good.

Our Citadel on the test server had the first vulnerability window today.
It was online yesterday and then after the cycle it was in the invulnerable state, it was at full shield, full armor and full hull.

There was no timer after we shoot all the shield, after the shield we start hitting the armor. So i miss the 24h invul window.

Yup. I was searching for other explanations for that in the forums, dev blogs and help desk articles, but there is no reason why that can happen.

after 24 hour anchor period, this is the 15 min window where all it has is hull where after that period, it then gets full armor/shields

If you attack it just as it finishes the anchor period, you can then pop it within 30 mins

yeah looks i forgot about that 15 minute state.
But why our citadel on the test server which was out of it and entered the first vuln window was killable :(

depends when you did your test.

When they first came out on SISI, I took half a dozen hulks with hammer II's and was visibly decreasing the shields quickly.

Think things only got into their true state a few days before release.

I will be doing a re-test on SISI myself in a few weeks before we even consider putting ours up.

Sound like there was a spy in the citadel owner corp that gave away the exact time of that window an that there wan't a defending fleet.
At least, looking the only citadel I have seen, I haven't noticed a visible timer.

Or you can get it looking at the citadel information?

We tested it today, our citadel was online some days ago with the first vuln window today.

You see it in space how long it take to anchor.

first vuln window is always the first 15 mins after anchoring finishes, and then it goes into the cycle that you specify.

Nah, it shows if you click on the citadel. We fielded 50-60 dudes, but guys came from the other side of eve. Wasn't much we could do. So we suicided in glorious fire.

They did hit it in the 15 minute window. You can fit fighters, you cannot fit anything else.

Interesting group of ships w/drones on that KM.

If we get chased by zombies, I'm tripping you.
