Skill Que Stuck / Frozen

Greetings,

I was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue, bug and/or glitch before?

Basically, whenever, I try to add or remove a skill form que it will work fine, but it will not allow me to press "apply" and even when I do the skill que does not start up. This is the only character I have on the account and I have tried many things, such as removing all skills from que, re-downloading EVE, logging off, restarting my computer and can't seem to find any information on it while searching the forums, also when I close my skill que the first time I open it since I logged in and want to open it again, it will not open even if I press the skills square on the neocoms menu on the left, even though it shows like it is open or minimized, is this a known bug or glitch this patch? Will I get compensated for my skill points?

Ouch, definitely a major problem. Sorry to hear about that.

I suggest you submit a Support Ticket asap and let CCP figure out it out.

Hope it get's fixed quickly.

you do not need your queue open to queue skills. Go into the character sheet and right click on the skills and select "add to queue".

Even if that works though, I'd still file a ticket on it.

I went ahead and submitted a ticket it has been just shy of 72 hours and still no response.

are you able to right click on the skill in the character sheet and add them?

Also I would not worry too much about it. If there is some type of bug ( which is sounds like there is ) then CCP will refund you the skill points that you missed.

Also have you tried clearing your cache?

Yeah, that usually solves minor bugs and it's always a good idea to do that right after a new game patch / release.

Esc menu, 'Reset Settings' tab, clear all cache files.

I cleared the catch and even did the suppressed messages button such as "pause skill que", still doesn't work. It has been almost 3 days and no response from CCP.

This. Your skill queue is your bread and butter in this game. If something is wrong with it, you need to let CCP know about it asap. I'm sure the time wasted will be refunded to you as well (in the form of unallocated skill points). Also, if it's like any other mmo, they don't respond during the weekends because nobody is at work :)

You still have not answered if you have tried right-clicking on the skill in the "skills" tab of your character sheet.

I understand, however, I submitted a ticket it on midday on Thursday, hopefully I get a response either Monday or Tuesday.

By any chance do you have another character on the same account that is already training?

I'd check for that.

Hey, whatever it takes to get it unfrozen, but if you are going to break out in a chorus of "Let it go" please warn us first... Shocked

I'd pull everything out and repop the queue but if that's still stuck then the ticket you are submitting is the best bet.
