Hello, after killing of two sansha dreds i still thinking - for what reason i have done this? Fun? Yes.
Will i continue to kill it for fun? No, cause it is not very interesting frankly, few minutes and boom.
Bounty? Well, few mills more for null sec billionares :) Yes, cool.
That strange unknow loot without any price? No description, no price. I still have no idea what it is.
Where is wreck? From where i can get meta-level capital loot?
Also dred itself broken. I've added it three times to the overwiev. Three times!
Why not add him to the group of NPC pirates?

In general perfect idea, new content.
I want to see wreck with loot, including meta capital modules (faction too), i want to salvage it, i want my MTU to tracktor it, i want to fit 25000 rolled plates, and MWD and AB and so on from my MTU.

CCP, please, finish your work, make those npc caps perfect additional to the game, not this unknow piece of content

These rats are also far too strong. These rats ruined the game for most nullsec ratters, they still need a lot of work to be done. Also they dont have proper names. They are all named like "sansha Supercarrier" etc

You mean there's no more AFK ratting...

Poor, poor nullbears

Won't CCP think of the space children?

How could they kill our AFK bot-aspirant cash cow?

Etc, etc.

Perfection is a dish best served like wasabi .

They are not overpowered or too strong.
Proper tactics and that's it.
Few hours ago we killed dreradnaught within aprox 8-10 minutes without ships with bilion price.
It is team PvE

The problem the OP has, you need to be able to take it out solo with an afk Domi. See by traditional care bear logic when you run an havens in null it should be VERY rewarding with 30mil + tics AND < 0 RISK. There I even offered the pseudo code for CCP to make the OP stop leaking salty water.

Eve is a game in which most of the upper end content requires multiple players coordination and cooperation. It has been on easy mode for along time allowing anyone foolish enough to undock a bling laden hull to win for free. There will be tears for a while but once the chaff has blown away in the wind Eve will be better for it.

EVE is hard adapt

I am NOT crazy they made me take my medication this morning!

Well, the point is, that Capital NPC is not so hard to kill, even with 8 or so bombers, not a challange for null sec citizen. They spawn a bit often then faction rats, but there id no equal reward for killing them.
Capital NPC now is an inconvenience for null sec players. Its much easier for most of the player to switch Havens\Sanctums to Hubs etc. It is not a great isk\hour loss, but you still able to farm it semi-afk.
Make them stronger, but add some valuable loot, modules etc.

Well said. The people few people complaining about the noc capitals are just the ones who don't know how to adapt. EVERYONE I know that's ratting loves them, people are roaming belts looking for them and people are even mounting cynos on ratting ships so they can bring in friendly caps to kill them quick.

I recall from one of our earlier discussions re: high-sec, low-sec and null-sec PvE income that you felt null-sec needed to be buffed in a serious way. Is this what you were hoping for or is it merely a step in the right direction?

Just gonna copy paste my response in another thread:

I'm sorry, i'm not trying to be mean, but damn is it funny to watch the tears of all the people who got used to the old "semi-afk just watch local" lifestyle that's been in null since Dominion (when ccp introduced respawning anoms in upgraded systems).

Not only did CCP up the profitability of null with these caps, they did it in a way that potentially *slows down the massive afk bounty isk faucet and encourages people to at least fleet up to do anomalies. The exploding pve ships of people not smart enough to adapt to the new reality is an added plus.

* I say slow down because CCP didn't go far enough. This capital spawns should be in hubs (regular, forsaken, forlorn etc) as well, leaving them only in sanctums and havens just shifts the afktars to forsaken hubs and that's still not optimal.

I'd say 2 things to CCP:

#1. See the tears of the afk crowd CCP? This is what happens when you give people stuff that is too easy, then later take it away. The smarter thing to do is not give people easy, afk-able stuff to begin with.

And #2 (this is the big one). The very good outcome of adding NPC caps demonstrates how you (CCP) should be thinking about PVE in this game. You didn't add any fancy new AI, no convoluted new 'dungeons' (like you did with incursions which few people do) or 'space that has a different affect on ships' (like in Wormholes, where few people live). This time You didn't add super-invincible "interesting" NPCs (Drifters, which almost no one screws with because they are too annoying).

You simply took pretty much existing PVE mechanics that you know is popular because you see how much we do it and added extra risk and extra reward to it. I've been saying this for a long time, stop wasting your time listening to these pie in the sky PVE complainers who want soloable but safe 'immersive' PVE that's not compatible with the game. Give us sandbox PVE , like these npc capitals the encourage social interactions and conflict (people are already fighting over npc capital spawns).

That actually sucks. You'd think npc capitals would be the main source of faction capital modules but I guess it might not be the case. Actually, it might be better to wait for a bit before jumping to conclusions. Maybe CCP still have some balancing to do in regards to drop frequency...very easy for them to mess stuff up and honestly not surprised or maybe it's time to start employing a ratting nano Rev with T2 lazors and scorch. Time will tell...

Well, i am not sure that these caps must be a main source of faction cap modules, but undoubtenly it must be MAIN and SINGLE source of meta 2,3,4 capital modules.
Faction loot must be from faction NPC (for example True Sansha dreadnaught), complexes and LP stock.

Awesome! Now I am even more willing to move into nulsec instead of grinding these missions.

I always hated that nulsec ratting grinding. If you can get about same amount of ISK than before, but with the difference that you cannot do it yourself semi-afk it is just perfect.

Actually it was one of the major reasons why I left this game at the first place that nulsec was absolutely boring.

Working together instead of running army of alts is much more interesting and fun.

Personnaly i will be happy when:
1. CCP will fix obvious bugs and we will get loot from them
2. If those caps will arrive more often, not only to the top anomalies, but to the top hubs and rally points too.
3. There will faction cool versions of them
4. NPC Titans!!!!111one
