Lost my Rupture recently, unfortunately I have no isk no ship and no ammo, and don't know what to do about it with nothing to do it with. Can someone help me with some advise? I would appreciate it.

go do lvl 1missions in the newb ship
you get a free one whenever you dock your pod in a station with no ships in the hangar

Had you been a 6 day old char I would have happily dipped into the Save the Children Fund to assist.

Unfortunately, under Rule 14, Section 3, Paragraph 9 states:

14) iii) 9) Under no circumstances will church funds be used to assist fools that are nearly 6 months old.

Run lvl1 Distribution missions in an Ibis. Then use your new money to trade or buy a ship for Security missions.

Alternatively you could sell a PLEX or try to beg and scam your way into new riches.

Edit: Oh, and you can repeat the career missions at another school.

Eve does its best to be harsh and capitalist, however you still have rookie ships and the insurance payout from your rupture. You should be able to go run missions and earn your way back to an even shinier rupture, or a cane maybe. The fact that whenever you undock you're risking your ship and sometimes your pod is what makes eve so much more exciting than other games, risk is awesome... you just need to mitigate it and not fly things you cannot afford to replace.

You might get lucky and find a philanthropist in game, but as Morganta said begging is not allowed round these parts.
