screenshot of the problem

The only part that works is the top right "E".

Seems to be working just fine on my laptop, but after a couple attempts at reinstalling, nothing seems to have worked.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Can you send me the launcher logs?

On Windows, the logs are found at

%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher

Copy this text to the clipboard, hit Windows key + R and paste into the input box. This will open an Explorer window with the launcher logs folder.

Put the files in a Dropbox or Google Drive and send me the link in EVE mail.
