I've had a quick look through so sorry if you've already answered this one and I've missed it.

When will you be seeding the Networked Sensor Array (NSA) and how do we get a hold of them?

The NSA is going to make ratting a godsend and you can't quite understand how much it'll help in PvP.

You forget CCP... The Culture Carrier Group needs YOU!

I have got a workaround for "item is no longer within your reach"

Instead of trying to make a contract from the assets.

Open neocom >> business >> contract

Then create the contract , select the station where the "blocked items" are, and make a contract, that worked for me , hope it helps

I don't like the 900k isk payment for clone jump at all.

I just clone jumped from a system where i have a clone installed, and i had to pay 900k isk to leave my clone. Now I have 2 clones in the same system and i have to discard one to set up that clone in other site.

So I have just paid 900k isk for nothing.

Whats the purpose for this? I use to jump clone every day, so now ill have to pay 30m isk / month to ccp and most of the times i will have to pay twice for the same service... As if i go to a system and set up a clone, Ill pay, then if i want to clone jump to other place, ill have to pay again.

Same as above. Out of 8-10 assembled and fitted ships in hangar, Only 1 (Prospect) will display pop up menu when right clicked. All others will not not display whether they are the active ship or not. Strange... It's as if the others don't exist

Civil discourse is uniquely human. After all, when is the last time a pride of lions and a herd of water buffalo negotiated SOV over a watering hole? Never. Someone either gets their ass kicked or eaten. At the end of the day someone holds SOV.

Have to say I agree with this. What is the rationale for a system like this?

you have to pay 900k to install a jump clone normally... you're creating a jump clone to jump back to... TA DA!

But as a programmer, its my job to find bugs and issues, and not the customers using my service, maybe learn something from that mr CCP men.

As a programmer, then you should know, when making large changes, often times there are unintended results that you wont notice until code is put into operation. Programming is the bane of all things electronic, never know if its going to work as intended until its put into effect.

Thats why we run tests in a controled enviroment, so that the final product does not cause discomfort to our paying customers.

I don't believe you're a programmer, at least not an experienced one.

Every game, platform, operating system, application, and appliance developer has a means for customers to report problems with a product. If one could get perfection by simply sandboxing, there would literally be no need for knowledge bases, and bug reporting systems.

The measure is not in the bugs that are live right now, but how efficiently and effectively CCP addresses them - THAT is the measure of a quality software production team.

I am not even remotely close to being a programmer. But as an end user I do have a very vivid imagination. If I were an Astronaut flying the new NASA Orion spacecraft and were launched into orbit only to experience numerous systems failures due to "bugs" in the millions of lines of code. I would certainly be alarmed.
When I asked mission control for assistance and the reply was "press F12 and file a bug report"...
The time has arrived to consider different career opportunities.
Just a thought.

No... the jump clone(s) already exists. It does not disappear and have to be created again. Must be a fuel cost associated with the jump ( cheeky response as the brits say). I can live with it. Just another isk sink.

They want you to use clone bays in player owned citadels.

Use this thread to complain about tax increases. Tax increase is designed to make Citadels with a Market service better & more desirable in the future, because the Citadel owner can set a very low broker fee.

Maybe Citadel owners should set up very low tax not broker fee, that will kill market of items wich dont sell very often and hanging on market long, and sellers must set up order again.

Second Day after DT

Display of base broker Fee Shows 3.0% instead of 225.00% but is it right ? I think no because Market Tab always showed base broker Fee After skills without standing , should be less because 3.0% is base for no skills char. now?

Display of Sales Tax is wrong too , because CCP Goliath wrote yesterday that its only graphical issue and tax deducted is 0.75% minimum. Another thing now shows 1%.

Sales tax 1% is correct. The bug with that was that it was 0.75% yesterday, that was not a display issue. The display issue was the Broker Fee showing as crazy percentages, and this should be fixed now, but if your skills aren't applying to it (please check wallet transactions to determine if its visual or actually charging incorrect amounts) please just file a report and we will sort it out.

Fixed internally this morning, testing just started.

EDIT: Incidentally, all reports I have seen so far use the old camera - it is possible that using the new camera might be a workaround for this issue, maybe give that a go?
