As most of you may, or may not, have noticed your Dreadnoughts (without any update information) have been completely castrated in regards to damage and defenses. Much like drakes or tengus, the damage as be reduced to the equivalent of a flying dog turd, without an explanation as to why it happened.

This thread serves to provide an opportunity for CCP reps or devs to explain why they felt the need, especially after so much time, to mutilate the defenses and damage of dreads.

Absolutely baseless, especially since, for some obscene reason Citadels cannot, and will not take damage over 75k at a time with a regeneration rate that far exceeds that (because EvE is real, and that's realistic.)

THIS ^^ - Level up 'reading patch notes'

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

Built by CCP

Been talked about for months. The fact you missed it doesn't warrant them to personally grace your thread of ignorance to educate and inform you.

You have to turn on the siege module.

Damage was cut in half today, in a single day.

Turning on siege module still yields half of what the damage did yesterday.

Stats for Dreads were changed.
Stats for pre-existing turrets were changed, lowered dmg.
New turrets were added, do more dmg than what old ones now do.
New skills were added.

You:
Need to buy new turrets, train new skills, to get back some of the reduced damage out put, but not all.

Why?

Well, read up on those threads that were referenced above.

...Yeah, you may need to take some personal effort to find out more.

The fact that you saw a specific detail like the damage cap but completely missed any mention of capital rebalances is...curious, to say the least.

These changes have been announced for literally MONTHS. Next time you want to complain and demand explanations, keep informed about stuff that matters to you instead of complaining after the fact.

You guys are still wrong. You're supposed to be agreeing with him otherwise he'll downboat you and only upboat the replies that says CCP screwed up.

Say it with me: "CCP DIDN'T INFORM ME OF THE CAPITAL CHANGES VIA A PERSONAL VISIT FROM HILMAR WITH HIM SERVING ME CAVIAR SINCE AND 1000 PLEXES AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN BE INFORMED OF CAPITAL CHANGES".

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

Meanwhile, upon logging in and checking the new fighter bay of my carrier, it's apparent that every drone that was in the drone bay has been converted into a Firbolg I, netting me over 2 Billion ISK on the previous value of the drones.

CCP is awesome. \o/

Every fighter was multiplied by 4.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Every fighter was multiplied by 4.

And your normal Drones moved to your Med Clone station.

The issue I have is that they removed all the drones and changed the requirements to use existing fighters in the same patch to include a new skill which was only put into TQ in the same patch.
