Can you make changing your CC info just a WEE bit easier?

I needed to change my CC info, which has been easy for the 5 years or so that I've been playing the game. These days? Not so much.

I have 2 accounts, and one was on the wrong CC. How do I figure that out? Normally it'd be by seeing what the last 4 digits of the CC are, just like every other bit of e-commerce in the world. But not with Eve. Sorry, not available.

So then I figure I'll just change both cards to the new one and.... Wait, there's no way to edit this stuff?

What're we supposed to do? Cancel the account, then resubscribe?

Nope, that didn't work either, I was just instantly re-subscribed, no chance to enter new CC info.

So I tried to change my subscription, thinking maybe I can change it to a one-month FROM a one-month.... Yeah, made no sense to me either, but nothing else does, so worth a shot, and OH, look, a fresh $15 charge even though I was already paid for this month.

This USED to be easy. What happened?

I had this problem to, apparently though when you add time to your account the new CC you used will be the one charged in the recurring subscription.

So in order to change the CC info you have to add game time.

This happened when they redid the account management page, around the same time that they 'improved' the forums.

Yes, I agree. My CC is about to expire and I have to update it. But, to update, I have to pay for a month (at least) at the same time. I don't want to have to pay for a month just to update my CC info and I shouldn't have to.
