Trying to build Structure Advertisement but wont let me in pos

Hi

hoping someone can help, I have bought some BPC to build the Structure advertisement but none of the arrays will allow me and I don't know why, I would have assumed the equipment array would have

Has anyone else built them and if so how ?

I don't think any arrays will be getting that function until after the Citadel expansion. The equipment array, I think, Is currently slated to get said function after the release. For now, they can only be built in stations.
