New mining barge visuals coming with citadels drop?

Sorry if a dumb question but they looked pretty good to go via the pictures we've been showed and was wondering if they're dropping along with citadels release on Wednesday?

As a general rule of thumb, anything shown at Fanfest is anywhere from 1 to 400 years off. Be more surprised at the stuff that actually makes it in the game at some point.

Didn't they CLEARLY state in the fanfest stream, while they were showing said pictures, that the mining barges over haul is not for right away, but for one of the later releases?
