PVP or PVE Combat : Maelstrom, with Tengu as very close second.
Hauling : Prowler (for its extra high slot that allows fitting a probe launcher)
Travel : Heron (only because it looks better than Cheetah).

The Maller is my favourite.... gas miner. Just kidding, even at this the Omen is better.

The Maller actually makes a nice cheap bricky tackle/neut ship. It sucks at doing damage, but you can pack it with neuts and a cap booster to shut down any target. I think I had a 2x medium neut + 4x small neut setup with around 40k EHP once.

Currently I would have to say my favorite ship to fly is the Scimitar. Fast, Sexy, decent tank, logi, and everyone in fleet loves you.

hmm.

combat wise it would probably the Drake, it's like the Sherman tank of WOII not the most hightech and dangerous ship, but, cheap and every farmer that can drive a tractor can use it.

Cost efficient though it would be my Crane.

and because I want it to be a Widow

Forced to choose one - Domi. Cheap, and you can use it anywhere, for pretty much anything.

Mine Has to be the Hyperion of mine named the Mirabell BS MK II :D i love it to bits, granted it can't shoot anything up close, but that's where the drones come in of course :) i love flying around in my Hyperion, granted its not the most powerful ship going around, but i love the fact that with the fitting i have given it it does'nt really have a fear of being destroyed more-so thanks to its dual armor repping and such ^^

Then again i do love piloting in a Megathron for much longer range gun-fire, only i am not overly fond of the Megathrons design, but its otherwise a brilliant ship in my personal view.

AAAAAaaand i do love piloting a good old fashioned Atron around for a little sight-seeing :)

But if i could put them in order it'd be Hyperion, Atron, Megathron out of fun :)

Just because i see things in a differant viewpoint does not make me paranoid it makes me a bit obsolete in the majorities views.

Aand i do love the thought of Using repair drones as bait O:

Curse. It's probably my all-time favorite for messing around against small gangs and picking off isolated targets. I would never engage it solo in any turret-reliant ship.

It's a shame that nobody will engage you, and that a good drake can cause serious pain, but meh, can't have it all.

Rifter, Hurricane, and Maelstrom. Really can't pick one because they're all cheap, effective, and wonderfully flexible.

Three years of flying other races and damned if I don't regret every single skillpoint that isn't related to flying those ships.

There is no ship that is best, best at what they do maybe.
So the best ship for me is the Thundercat, one fit fits them all. And it excels at what it does.

The Rupture is THE pirate ship Pirate So I will always have a soft spot for it. Currently. my nano AB Firetail, cus no one is expecting it (since it's underpowered for its class).
