Support centre not working

For some time now, I have been unable to use the support centre and it is becoming a joke. This is the only place I can post as I have no way of raising a ticket, so hopefully, somehow, magically dev will see it and ping me.

Yes, I have cleared Caches, yes I have tried multiple browsers, yes I have tried Multiple PC's and multiple browsers therein.

It just keeps saying:

It's an issue that happens if you changed the email address. They know about it, long time ago they stated to have it solved soon™ and apparently it still persists. Best option you have is to create a support ticket from a different account, create a trial account for it if you have to.
