locked thread caught my attention - Joffy & Erika - disabled players?

I didn't even know there was a group/following corp? Eve specific groups that have any focus/help for disabled players? Does anybody have a list or know of a list? Or better yet a list of good assist tools that work well with Eve? Specifically (for me anyway) tools for the blind? Presently, I just use a screen reader and I have a heck of a time in PvP as it is a bit slow and hap hazard at getting the right information read to me.

I'm sorry I don't know much about this, but will a refreshable braille display help at all or would that be just as hard to read information quickly? Either way I applaud you for facing such a difficulty and still managing to play the game, that's pretty incredible! I hope someone can help you out, pretty sure there are quite a few gamers out there like yourself that might have a few tips somewhere on the interwebs.

I think there are communities for disabled players in-game but I'm not aware of their channel names. If you reach out to someone like Joffy they might be able to point you in the right direction.

There is the Disabled Players Union, in-game chat "DPU Lounge" without the quotes. Traffic is light there but people come and go.

You are amazing and awesome.

The EvE UI is not particularly friendly to sighted players.
