So I've been gone for awhile and trying to get reacquainted with fittings. I've done Guristas plenty of times with an Ishtar and Tengu. Never done BR ded sites. However, I'd like to try Guristas and Blood Raiders with a Stratios now.

I found a fit that Johnny Pew uses the passive shield tanked Stratios for a BR 5/10. Not sure if his fit could work for a 6/10 for Gurista or BR? His strategy is to move away from the rats and drop sentries once he's at a safe distance. Whereas mine is to simply drop sentries and sig tank with the ab.

I'm wondering if my modified active shield tanked could work?

You are mixing buffer and active tank, but your active tank is not nearly enough for 5/10. You generally need atleast 500 dps active tank to comfortably speed tank 2nd room in most 5/10s.

And don't forget that those Battleships in BR 5/10 neut up to 30 km so you pretty much have to stay away from them anyway.
