Hi

I'm after a small ship specialist - not to fussed what race

Not to fussed about security status - so -8 pirate is not a problem

Not a trillionaire so don't have a massive budget but big enough

Small ships, you say?

All racial frigs level 5.
Covert ops, interceptor, and assault frigates level 5.
Caldari destroyer and T3 destroyer level 5.

Great missile skills (perfect supports, perfect rockets, light missile spec at level 4). T2 torps for bombing.
