Is there a way for me to reset it because i dont have the option to abandon these missions

There may be one for sale on contract, search there. Which item is it? I'm not home but when I get there I can see if I have it.

You can submit a Support Ticket and ask for the mission to be reset.

Ticket type - Game Play support
