Loots from wrecks??

Not sure if I can explain this in a better way but someone please can explain this to me?

If you are in fleet with a ganker....(flying an artynado popping freights for cargo) do you get to loot his wreck and the other guy after he gets concorded? or do you get a hit on your sec satus for been with him on fleet?

Of course you loot the wrecks! You may get a suspect flag though.

If the wreck shows as blue or white then its lootable without any kind of flag, if its a yellow wreck you get a suspect flag for stealing from it

This, so you can loot the concorded ship. Wether you can loot the ganked ship depends on the ganker's relationship with you. If you are in a fleet like you say you were, you can loot the ganked ship as well. Afaik there is no option to disallow fleet-looting, but either way just make sure to check the wreck-colors.

If it's blue, it's free for any and all as its owner has abandoned the wreck or is the remains of CONCORD intervention.
If it's white, it's yours and you haven't abandoned it yet.
If it's yellow, it carries a suspect flag to loot it, though should only give a suspect timer; no CONCORD.

Again, looting at worst produces a suspect timer, but is never CONCORD worthy. If that is the case, it will either not let you loot a wreck if you have your safety set to green or will give you a suppressible popup otherwise questioning whether you are aware of getting a suspect timer if you loot.

1. You can salvage any color wreck.

2. If wreck is yellow and you loot it you'll get a suspect flag - everyone can attack you
3. If wreck is white it's yours and you can take it - without any flag
4. If wreck is blue anyone can take it - without any flag

In all of those cases concord will not attack you.

With the default safety enabled (green), just try to loot it.

You can't do anything that would give you a suspect nor criminal flag.
