Making eve window smaller than minimal resolution

Hello,

I really hate about eve that I just can't get 2 Eve windows neatly next to each other on a normal sized monitor (1980x1080px). No matter how you arrange them, they will always overlap since the minimal resolution eve supports is 1024x768.

I've seen people being able to make eve windows smaller by using ISBoxer. Is there a free alternative to make eve windows smaller then their intended minimum size? I've tried some AHK scripts, but those were unsuccessful.
