Why support team close petition without any explanation

Was opened a few themes to solve my problem but they just ignore it ,after 2-3 days just close!?? when i reopen they close it again and again. Who control the admin work with petition???? help me pls anyone!!!!

"a few times"?

a) you don't open multiple tickets for time same issue, they'll just close them
b) given your "a few times" and your, lets say, seemingly limited capabilities what are the chances you're spam raging petitioning about something dumb?

If support actively starts doing the "go away, no one cares" then you probably spam raged about something dumb.

and u think that it normal?? it their job to speak with players and help them. But they dont care.... cool.

If they already answered you (but you didn't like the answer), you spam petitioned for whatever reason or your request is just dumb and moronic (which given your thread so far seems likely) then yes I'm quite ok with support giving you the finger.

ye they are. Answer was like ' copy theme from rules' cool answer. ofc i dont like it. they cant explain just copy copy copy... ******* bots
