Awful customer service. Store order not shipped no replies to emails for over a week

God, I can't believe you posted a thread like this. You really should check yourself and step back before making uninformed, unjustified and unfounded accusations.

The Eve Store is not a scam, they produce very durable high quality items. I never had any problems with my order which was processed within a reasonable amount of time.

Of course I was smart enough to not have placed my order right at the peak of the Holiday Season when most companies are temporarily closed down.

Have any of you losers ever tried calling the number and talking to a physical person? I had a problem a few years ago and got it cleaned up in under 5 mins when I called. So try calling them if you can overcome the terror of talking to a real human being.

By the way, since we're already talking, do you want to buy a rifter? I've got the cheapest rifters in Metropolis. If you can find a cheaper rifter, buy it!

That's why no one EVER wants to actually phone a company up, I switched over to the co-operative bank and even though they're the most easy to call company I've ever encountered second only to play.com I still want to strangle the clueless idiot over the phone who refuses to just look at my account and see what the problem is deciding it's better to ask scripted questions instead.

I asked a question in about their "mystery mugs" a while back never got a reply either. This combined with their huge shipping costs makes me not want to buy from them. I did, a long time ago, buy t shirt, mugs etc.

So I was having a similar problem--my order had not shipped even though other companies I had ordered from on the same day had already gotten the merchandise all the way to me. I sent my first email and got no response that day and into the next. I sent another email with the subject "Please CANCEL order XXXXXX." Within a few hours I had a response. I had a tracking number for the part of my order that shipped within the US (it had actually shipped two days before but the site was not updated) and was informed that the things in London were ready to go and were being held pending my response about whether or not I wanted them with the new information.

I felt kid of bad for a bit of a mean tone I took in my last email to them then. This just happened a few hours ago.

I contemplated buying a mug for the office. Saw the default shipping was approximately 12 times the cost of the mug; checked a few other options and discarded the idea of a mug. I don't need a CCP employee to hand deliver it to me on a silver platter.

Which is a tad hyperbolic, but their shipping rates are ludicrous!
