Why isnt The Mittani Banned?

ok so im sure this may be locked etc but i beggar the question after his behaviour against ccp and weve seen the logs why is he still allowed anywhere near this game. i do also have a concern why he seems to have backdoor access to ccp staff and can get things 'accelerated'

but again why is he still allowed in the game.

Jabber logs were leaked on reddit, but since they reference threats made against certain CCP employees made in literal emails to said employees... I assume CCP is dealing with it internally. They'll come up with punishment or an excuse as to why there is no punishment in a week or two tops.

the mittani does not need to login to control things, i don't even think he subs any more. not a thing ccp can do besides control ccp communications with him, and you will never hear of those.

The reality is that if he's actually done something against the rules and CCP have proof of it, he'll probably get banned, but most of what is posted on reddit is complete and utter bull, which is why it's funny when people accuse Mittani of spinning.

Mittens barely logs in as it is, it would change nothing if he was banned.

Either way, The Mittani, Goonswarm, The Imperium, all are big players in EVE Online. They create publicity, so it's not that weird for CCP to be in contact with them from time to time. Mittens was also involved with the CSM at some point, which put him in direct contact with the dev team at the time. Nothing about this is particularly shocking.

Didn't he get banned from the CSM for leaking confidential stuff to his alliance before it was released or something along those lines?

No, he definitely wasn't booted from the CSM for doing anything so bad as leaking information. It was for something small and irrelevant IIRC.

That's weird, a couple of years ago having direct links to the devs kinda sparked an outcry, guess who cried the most?

It is because of the 'alleged' close links between CCP and Mittens that I wish the Moneybadger Alliance well against the Goons.

I bear the average Goon no ill will, they are just players like the rest of us.

Eve Online should own Mittens not Mittens own Eve Online.
