Eve market overhead fee formulas? Can someone hook me up?

I know that this is one of the things that you google, but I'm confused. I might be missing something.

So the overhead fees are basically sales tax and broker fees? What other fees are there when I station trade in the market?

EVE University guide, scroll down to Trading Cost Modifiers.

Keep in mind that the devs are planning on changing the tax and the broker fees once they introduce the Citadels (pretty soon), according to this thread.
