I lived there about three years a decade ago.

CCP should put some dev time in NPC nulsec space. Do something different.

Like what? It's low-sec with better rats, anoms, engagement mechanics, sigs, and arguably quieter. What would you do to fix it?

Seems NPC null is just fine to me. Apparently CCP thinks so too.
