simple POCO question

Someone has told me that an Interbus POCO will appear at the planet if no player owned POCO is anchored. Is this true? If so, how soon after the POCO is destroyed does it spawn? If this is true, does this happen 0.0 as well as high sec? Low sec too? Any info would be appreciated.

Interbus Customs Offices no longer exist. They were all destroyed. They don't respawn.

Actually there are still some out there - according to zkillboard there were 6 killed in a wormhole system today. There are seemingly still a reasonable number in null-sec but the last low sec one killed was on 27th Feb this year. The most recent high sec kill was November 15th last year.

I think I saw a few in a high sec pocket a couple weeks ago. Basically all the garbage ones (and some wh ones) are still around.

But yeah I don't think they respawn at all.

I was going by a CCP report that they were all gone.

Perhaps I misunderstood and it was only in hisec.

There are still some low-sec Interbus POCOs left. I know of at least 3 in one backwater system that I frequent.
