Cant get in?

So I've been trying to login into singularity for the past 2 days now. Every time I try (and yes my username and password are correct) it asks for my character name. So I put it in and well it just takes me back to the username and password login screen and says "Username or password are incorrect." Can anyone please help me on this?

Have you ever previously logged to Singularity with this account? If it's a new account, it might not have been included in the latest mirror (not sure what's the procedure if that's true).

The message that asks for a character name used to be in the old launcher and it would happen when I would mistype the password for that character. At that point, no matter what I entered for my character name it would give the followup message that you see and take me back to the login page.

I haven't logged into singularity before. So I just have to wait until they have a update?
