There is one. In China.
This will come to Tranquility for sure at some point. Skill extractors are a huge success and even p2wphobs swallowed this feature.
There literally no reason to not introduce renames now. Things like "character history" doesn't matter anymore when you can spend some money and and get fresh 100M+ clean character in minutes.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Reputation, consequence, so on and so fourth , you know the drill.

Tbh though I'm not entirely agains name changes provided you are still easily found using the old name and have it visible on the character sheet.

Which matters only for like 1% of smart corporation recruiters. Everyone else will forget most of the characters they interact in a day or two.
Also this "reputation" can be saved in "Character name history" tab, so even that 1% can be satisfied.
