Dreadnoughts: the Siege module

Since titans will get a rapid-ancillery-yolo-BBQ-wtf-solo-pwn-mobile-IWIN doomsday, how about the siege mod's cycle time gets reduced to 90 seconds with much less isotope consumption.

Well the reasoning is foolproof.
The question is the time, you want to have them stranded without remote assistance is 90 secs enough to cap it out and burn it down?
I think subcaps pilots won't appreciate it that much.

Maybe not but without the siege mod you can pin them down again anyway.

I think Dreadnoughts are already going to be very effective. I hate to think that even less commitment would be required to use them. Leave it as is for now and let the meta play out a bit.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
