Hello there.

I want to grind some L4's to raise standings for specific corporations/factions quickly. I assume this exludes the usual blitzing methods since they include cherry picking missions by declining slow ones, making heavy use of standing as a ressource.

So, I'm looking for the optimal gunnery (no skills in missiles) ship that runs L4's the most efficient and fast, assuming no missions will be declined and every single one will be run.

Price/skill requirements are not an issue. T2 ships or pirate faction battleships, whatever you guys think is better.

You will, most likely, still be blitzing - because time spent in the mission is time you're not earning standings (in the same way as for many blitzers time in mission is time not earning LPs). Spending your standings to make more (by declining missions you don't want to get ones you do) is still valuable, though you have a finite (and, initially, small) resource, so you will almost certainly have to run some of the slower ones...

Anyway, in terms of a blitzing gunnery ship, as Zhilia said, a Mach would probably be the way forward - extremely agile for a BS, great warp speed (even better with warp speed rigs), and great damage output - pretty much ticks all of the boxes, I guess?

If your standings are the only concern then I am inclined to agree with Ralph King-Griffin here blitz level 3's.
For that my basic suggestion would be a Machariel with warp speed rigs and the rest of the fit balanced between speed, tank and gank. Remember that level 3's are heavy on BC and smaller with a rare BS sized ship so stay on the smaller side with the guns to help minimize any tracking issues.

If you really want to run level 4's and do not want to go full blitz mode then the Vargur may be a better option than the Machariel. Because Marauder you can use more of your fitting slots to cover the speed difference and still have as much if not more tank and gank.

Standing repair plan

I just finished grinding standing for tax free refining. The fastest way is level 3 missions. distribution, mining or security all work - you want to be close to a story line agent for your chosen corporation. The level 3 story line kidnappers strike/Guristas strike gives about 21.5% standing boost with corp (sum of all 10 parts) and 6.5% with faction. This will vary a bit depending on your social skills.
