PI, Move command center and or change start up location

A number of things could be updated with PI but one comes to mind being most pressing. Inability to move command center or changing default point of view for colony.

Something that is annoying when managing colony's is that after a while or maybe even in the beginning realize command center is not ideal spot for where you want to look at each time going back to colony, if you want to move around after upgrading it your command center and point of view keeps going to wrong spot and have to move around to get to the real action.

So to fix the issue I think it would be great if could regularly move command center, with a cooldown. That way the colony would look better and point of view when going back to it would be fixed. That or be able to set one structure to be the one where camera should go back to when going back to planet, so that way say if for some reason the HQ needs to be fixed in place for technical or lore jargon, you can still run a decent colony that can move around the planet conveniently, abandoning the lessor structures but keeping the main hq with all its upgrades.

Needs more isk sink. Have a "migrate" function that allows you to move your command center at the cost of one command center, then a "contractor" function to transfer all your labs/storage/whatever to the new location, a yes/no box for this would move your command center but force you to set up your entire system at the new command center.

A Yes would cost you an extra fee for the contractors, and and an civil engineer Yes/no for the links, +fees. You still have the enjoyable task of routing and and all that excitement of lab and factory implementation.. All of this coming with a Transfer, construction and planning timer. Convenience should not be instantaneous or free, or prices that are only cost.

Oh and timer can be reduced by feeding everyone illegal boosters, or adding slaves. Morals are optional in eve, and should be whatever you do including PI.

Use the force without consent and the court wont acquit you even if you are a card carryin', robe wearin' Jedi.

Just as a tip: You do not need the command center for anything. You do not need to include it in any of your colony structures at all because it serves only as a administration center and nothing else. Storage and launches are done via the Launchpad, around which you group your processors and extractors.

Instead of moving the CC around (and wasting even more ISK), the PI interface needs a feature to switch through the installations on the planet: either by double clicking or by using a drop down menu somewhere or by having the colonies listed as buttons in the interface itself.

We need to be able to move the entire facility in a few clicks, not just the command centre.

The wishlist is pretty much complete...
