WTB Minnie/Gallente PVP Pilot 10b budget

This is what I am interested in:

-Good Loki Pilot
-Good Proteus pilot
-Maxed gunnery support skills, either t2 large hybrids or projectiles or both
-Good armor AND shield tanking skills
-CYBERNETICS 5 - Slaves/Crystals are a huge plus
-MUST HAVE SEC STATUS ABOVE -2 (needs to be able to enter all of empire).
-Logi for either gal or minnie
-BS 5 for either gal or minnie
-No cap skills necessary
-Marauders are a plus
-Command ships are a plus
-Leadership skills are a plus


I can go a little higher for the right character.

Between 40-60mil SP. The less wasted SP, the better. Post your characters here along with your price.

I am in th eprocess of posting her up as we speak. Once i get the thread going, ill update you. Im starting the bidding at 8b and will prolly run a week, with ahidden reserve and hidden buyout.
