Is it normal to not have a schedule yet with only 3 weeks to go? All I have seen is the start, end and keynote.

yes, the past three years the schedule was not released till about 1 week before fan fest

No need to worry, as a 3 time veteran of fanfest (but sadly not able to go this year) CCPers are expert pub crawlers, however you need to look out for their dirty tricks on pub crawl night as some of them will fake drinking.

EDIT: Also, if you see someone named "FoxFour" its a typo that someone has entered in, remember to call him either Socks or Socksfour

Twitch can use HTML5 nowadays.

Nope. The UI is HTML5 but the video streaming is still flash, until Q2 or something so soon (tm).

edit: Yes, I know there are "workarounds" with userscripts but that is not a guarantee that it will work either.

I think every single player was sent a link to a full schedule of what they were streaming and at what times, do try to read them.
