Hey everyone,

Looking to build or buy a programmer's services for a website to pull specific information from API in the website. This information will be both basic (revealing ISK in wallets and transactions, potentially even filtering it based on type of income) and complex (auto-updating graphs). Anyone know of the best way to go about this for an elementary coder? I have experience in CSS and HTML, but anything else I am completely lost. Likewise I am not above paying for said service.
