'Character Selection Failed'... unable to log in.

Second time in a week where I cant log in due to this issue CCP.

Earlier in the week the node i was on crashed and though most of EVE seemed to continue on its merry way certain systems were unable to be logged into nor jumped into due to 'traffic control.' Basically neither of my main toons can log in at all, in adjacent systems too I might add. Other toons i have can log in no problem, just like earlier in the week, but they are in a different location in game.

I thought we had a server upgrade CCP...........

Now I'm a relatively patient girl and I understand that Sh#t happens sometimes however CCP does have the tendency only to act on players behalf when there are enough voices of dissent. Thus if only a few players are effected then nothing seems to happen. I am, as others are too, a paying customer as it were and if I cannot access the game for which i pay a subscription well.... maybe that money can have better uses...
