unable to log on?

I signed on to sisi for.. 10 minutes or so way ago when i was just testing to see if it was up.

Logged off, went off to do stuff. come back to log in, and its giving me an error.

Using the 'beta' launcher thing, i select SISI, punch in my username, punch in my password.

Open tranquility on my other monitor, log in, same user name, same password. IT works.
Back to sisi... Same error mesage.

Have I encountered a bug or something?

As a note, I can't log in on either of my accounts.

I had the same problem but was able to get past it by using the "E" at the top right of the launcher, selecting server list and then hitting the "play on singularity" button that is on the right side of the new pop-up. This actually opens the game client (not the launcher) and allows you to log in there.

Logged in using the alternate method. Had:

1- Leviathan
1- Ragnarok
1- Erebus
1- Avatar
1-Wyvern
1-Nyx
1-Hel
1-Aeon

waiting for me in redeemable Items lol. Checked and I still had all my teeth. Maybe tooth fairy was drunk and hit the wrong house.

The login server for Singularity is having some trouble, probably related to moving Singularity and other services from the old datacenter to its new location. Our operations team is working on it.

Thanks yeah that workaround is working for me aswell.

The workaround is working fine, I can log in and play the game.

There are a few issues doing this without the launcher though.

-Overview acts up, selected objects show the icon for the object but no additional uses (Orbit, WarpTo, Jump, Dock etcetera)
-Agent/Guest/Offices and the window at the right upon entering a station is completely missing
-Right-clicking in open space doesn't work
-You can zoom right into your ship
-Market isn't working most of the time
-Massive amount of latency
-Some weird FPS drops
-Random glitching such as items disappearing and reappearing in your station inventory

Yea, I'm just getting "socket closed" even with the workaround.

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

Our operations team is working on it and they hope to be able to start Singularity soon again, but I have no real eta.
