Auto-sign out from Singularity ?

Why does it keep signing me out as i switch from Tranquality to Singularity server ? And as i try to sign in manually, it says "Login problem" ?

To add more to this, i got this error message: "AEE215EC-EC31-4EF3-8C78-0E9474004071"

That always means that the login server is down, so you cannot log on. Maybe the server is rebooting.
