Sec Status benefits?

Hi,
I have recently read gorskicar article, and besides moans over how security status is not helpful to lowsec/high sec pvp entities, there was also a proposal to provide benefits for security status:
Certain level of security status achieved could possibly provide access to things

While the original idea was to provide Yaaar pirate skins for people at -2 or less,

I would like this to apply to a broader spectrum by suggesting there was a also a reward for being a good empire citizen,
because some people who achieved sec status 5 don't neccesarily know much of it and have no use for it. And that there is no extremely relevant difference between being sec 5 or sec 0 or sec -1,9.

I welcome any suggestions for the possible rewards/bonuses based on the security status. I know it is a fickle stat that can easily be swayed both ways thus I doubt it should be anyhow extremely relevant, but could be helpful for law abiding citizens who help empire to get something out of it.

I think you have the wrong forums section, this is Features & Ideas, so you provide the ideas and we look at them and tell you if the would be good or bad for New Eden.

If you want to brainstorm, make a pitch.

Yeah, I suppose no one replying to this post with an idea could possibly be a player. My bad. Ok.
"Lets make bonuses for positive/negative security status" = player idea
Discuss!

I'll start a pitch.

New security status benefit, when you commit a criminal act in highsec, at the time of the aggression, you get bonus seconds before Concord shows up equal to the positive sec status you have. That gives an incentive to both grind and burn security status.

Those with positive status are people who fights a lot of npcs. They know how to survive and deserve a 5% resist all bonus to shields, armor and hull ? (1% per sec status point)

Extra 5 seconds seem really a lot.
Extra 5% seems OPish pvp wise but on the right track - I would suggest 1% pve gain modifier based on standings. +5% for max sec status won't break the game. -10% for -10 might, but I doubt those particular people care.

There should be a point of no return - after multiple reductions in your security status (maybe some back ground thing that makes you wait 6 months)
By multiple I mean - lets go **** someone up -10
Let's go kill rats +5
Let's go **** someone up again -10 again
Let's go kill rats +5 again
... You get the idea. There should be an OFFENDERS list that the worst criminals get on, which takes a heck of a lot more time to crawl back out of.

CCP advertises this game with the idea of your actions matter - but when it comes to being a repeat offender, the NPC empires are just so happy to let you back into the rest of space after you kill a few pirates.

It would be like the French Foriegn Legion, but with the ability of the rapist, murders and other hard time criminals to go back to France after they serve their time.

How would that make the game better? And what does it have to do with the OP?

Why should people be rewarded for the senseless slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent NPC crewmembers, all in the name of rampant and insidious carebearism? Riddle me that.
