Is this laptop too crappy to run EVE?

I installed EVE on gf's computer (admittedly a cheap but new laptop), but it doesn't want to start EVE: both the new and old launcher launch eve exefile file, which then crashes after 10-20s (same for launching it manually). I run the eve EVELogLite, which shows that the file begins to crash upon error "No valid display adapter found". I cannot figure out how to attach the laptop's DxDiag.txt to this post, so here's the pastebin with the log: http://pastebin.com/LuZYCGLR

Do you think this machine could run EVE, or is it a lost cause?

not really much uptodate on the integrated gpu´s these days but other then that it should run ..

try running the test on :http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/eve-online/10523

bit out of date minimum specs there but should still give accurate result
