Also, wtb Volkswagon beetle ammo. CCP can we have this instead of snowballs and fireworks for Christmas?

Yes, the Naflgar fires Volkswagen Beetles loaded with explosives.

Four. At. A. Time.

Each. Turret.

Flying Beetles? That was done before!

They don't do miniatures or work in that fine detail.

We're allowed to insult men's penis size, but could you imagine the outrage if a CSM were to insult a female player's breast size?

As for the armor, no matter what you do, feminists seem to be angry at it. You make a game that shows too much boob you're terrible. You make a armor suit that doesnt show enough boob, you're terrible. You give batman a cape, you're terrible.

Maybe the only winning move is not to play at all: Dont add female characters to your games.

Well, then they'd complain its only male... so maybe videogames need to be amorphic asexual hermaphrodites. Thanks tumblr.

What i wanna know is why there is no velociraptor option? Its highly offensive that my raptor kin are completely unrepresented in this game, and CCP is only assisting in my kin's oppression.

"War declarations are never officially considered griefing and are not a bannable offense, and it has been repeatedly stated by the developers that the possibility for non-consensual PvP is an intended feature." - CCP

It is a high-tech stealth design. It is shaped to minimize radar reflection and coated for energy absorption. It protects your body from scanning by circadian seekers.

Also protects from scanning by pervs.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

Imagine how many outfits CCP would sell if their female armors reflected real life.

You know, like urban combat wear or heavy combat outfits. The kind where you have no idea of the gender of that imposing warrior pointing the assault rifle at you.

No. That would never do for the massive amount of grown men that think like thirteen year olds when it comes to how women should dress. Just look at the avatars in this very thread for what they really want to see.

It's a video game whose purpose is to entertain its target demographic. And its target demographic is the man children that play fantasy space sims.

So I say plus one for the booby armor and you can buy it or not. Though I can guarantee you that more will buy it than won't.

An interesting experiment would be to offer both and see which sells better - Or rather, which is used more often by actual avatars, rather than just go by market stats.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

Good movie.

My proposal is for CCP to also offer the black body-molded rubber body suit, without all the white metal bands. I think that'll be more popular than the fully-armored armor, and also a lot more revealing. Yoga pants / spandex.

Alright seriously, what the hell were you guys thinking? I was looking forward to getting this armor so I could wear it while I fly around in my awesome SoE ships. And then I noticed that the chest is a pyramid. Have you guys ever seen a girl before? Because we aren't built like that!

Then it may also outrage you to hear that modern day "armor plating" rarely even has special boob-space in the design.

I geuss we should be glad that they didn't go for the "tempered" g-string plating that some other MMOs use as their high level gear.

E: on second thought, I think it is entirely possible in the eve universe that many well-endowed combat personnel may be using the same Planck-container magic in the plating as well. It like the police box of eve, it's much bigger on the inside.

Just to add onto this....
I do like that Eve fashion is at least somewhat realistic. It doesn't impact anything at all but at least I'm not flying around looking like a stripper in a pod no one can see me in.
Even in other games where armor is purely cosmetic, it always devolves to hooker gear.

Can't recall the last time I got a "You must be Lvl 5 to pick up this John" message before.

As much as I would like to help. I find myself physiologically challenged in the "Booby Armor" department. I will offer you a breathe mint though.

Civil discourse is uniquely human. After all, when is the last time a pride of lions and a herd of water buffalo negotiated SOV over a watering hole? Never. Someone either gets their ass kicked or eaten. At the end of the day someone holds SOV.
