[Request] Prohibit transfer for 48 hours after skill extraction

When I buy a pilot now, I am paranoid that an extraction was made, either before the API updates or between the time the isk is sent and the pilot transferred. I don't like paranoia. Why not prohibit transfers for 48 hours after extraction to keep things safe and tickets off CCP's hands?

Buying all pilots at the best prices out there!

Character purchases and sales are protected by CCP so you having nothing to worry about. If there was a fraudulent transaction on the part of the seller then you petition it to CCP and they reverse it. There is nothing to worry about. And this request is in the wrong section of the forums.

That's the point. I don't want to have to petition it - or even double check. I what to be confident that the character I received in my account is the same character that it was 11 hours earlier, when I purchased it.

just cause your to lazy to deal with the proper channels if some one violates a rule dont mean the rest have to suffer. the striped char's still have value their implants for example and high cost skill books such as capital books people been scooping up striped chars with as much as 10+ bill in books they now dont have to buy and some times even a high grade slave set for as low as 5-6 bill so either dont use this service or be ready to petition if some one break the rules i have bought 2 chars recently neither had been striped.

i dont' see any point in such restrictions, there are any sort of scum and to be 100% protected the whole character bazaar would have be closed. for instance seller may not transfer a character at all after ISK transfer and you would have to petition it
