Do the cap warfare resistances also affect neuts from sleepers and other npc's? Im actually working on a Tengu for C5 wormholes, since these batterys almost double my cap and the fit im aiming for only works if the resistances actually decrease the neuts from the sleepers(otherwhise I would get neuted out).

i'm REALY miss the old stuff.

Biggest change regarding the resistance is rewording it so it's not so confusing to players about whether it is a pass/fail system like ECM or simply an effectiveness reduction like other EWAR mods. The comparison they used was it's like how hardeners reduce damage but don't completely shut damage down. It's always worked against NPC's from my experience. Pretty sure CCP also stated that it will continue to work for both players and NPC's, so yes it should work in that case still.

The only other main change was buffing the effects on Neuts, what use to be a 12.5% resistance towards Neuts turned into a 25% resist to match the effects on Nos.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
