cant stop this endless loop while in station - please help

when I dock up, and without clicking on anything... I have to listen to this endless loop of "someone" talking. its not aura and its not affected by turning off station interior. Please for the love of God tell me how to shut this off. it is also very loud and often!
happens on both clients and actually started about 2 weeks ago.

"As expected, after last weeks recovery,... blah blah blah, ... few serpentis ships that managed to escape the onslaught, blah blah..... scope sources claim the endurance will do well when it hits the market,.... this is Alton Hoverey (SP?) reporting for the scope.

followed by another speil about operation frostline being launched, something about the upwell consortian being establised as a power to be recon with,... same guy talking Alton Hoverey reporting for the scope.

please please please tell me how to shut him up, he is stuck on an endless loop and forces me to mute the entire client when docked up.

Sounds like the TV in the captains quarters. Probably a bug from the last patch - you should post it in the Issues thread here
