Which skills to Level 5?!!?

I'm having a little trouble recently. I've gotten to what I feel is most of the skills to level 4 for PvP. I'm stuck on which one's to get to level 5 ... I'm going to roam round low/null in frigates (all Frigates) and maybe some Destroyers.

I'm thinking of levelling my Destroyer and Frigate skills to level 5. But after that I have no idea what to do at all or where to even start!

That my skills board. I'm sorry link it like that, I don't like making you look though all my skills. Just wondering if there's any skills I've missed and/or is there any I should get to level 5 first over others?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should check out your ship's mastery ranks beforehand, and get to mastery rank three or four on the ship you're currently flying before you concern yourself with maxing out skills that may be useless on another ship.

If you're just wondering about universal skills that benefit all ships, train basic skills like Hull Upgrades, Armor Layering, and Repair Systems.

Also, on EVE University, you can scroll down on any ship page and look at premade PvP and PvE fits by other players.

Don't explain your philosophy. Embody it.

The number one skill I like to see, is the 'ship' skill that applies to the hull you're flying.
And then to think about the ship you fly the MOST.

If I'm fitting a PvE ship, I think more about tank.
If I'm fitting a PvP ship, I think more about weapons and damage.

So, if you fly a Caldari Tactical Destroyer a lot, get that skill to V. Read the hull description and see how the skill applies bonus's.

That said: I also think about my current map, and remaps. It's not a requirement to train strictly on map, but if you're looking at several months of skills, it makes a difference. Training a short skill at optimal speed for 7 days, or 9 days really doesn't bother me though.

For you:
Drone support skills could all move up a notch.
Armor comps at V
Shield comps at V
Thermodynamics at V is worth it, imo.
Nav skills. Small ships rely on speed, and maneuverability. Get those skills to V.
Gunnery Support skills. You will benefit from Surgical Strike, Trajectory Analysis, and also Controlled Bursts if you fly Gallente or Amarr ships.
And again, the ship hull skill. Most of your enemies will have that at V. You should too.

I suggest Forum Warrioring to V - the best time investment you could possibly make in this game.
