Project Discovery Unavailable

I've been trying to use the new Project Discovery thing, but every time I try to open the tab it simply says that it was unavailable. Is this a problem on my end or have they shut it down temporarily without saying anything? I only ask because no-one else seems to have these issues (not that I could find on the forums at least).

It appears its offline at this time. Getting the same message here on my end. CCP, pretty please with a cherry on top, online it? :)

They brought it down once due to server load issues I think. Maybe it's Time for a new server!

I'm pretty excited about this and was sad to log in and find it offline as well.

Makes me wanna build my SOE faction status just because.

When the bottleneck is released and we can finally play around with SCIENCE!™, will there be an announcement somewhere? Is there any kind of timeframe? (IE, should I keep opening the window every five minutes like I have been, or wait for a patch in a day or two?)
