When is the next mirror from Tranquility to Singularity scheduled for?

None of my accounts were active at the last mirror, we have all re-subscribed, but cannot "play in the sandbox" :-(

I didn't realize that "re-activation" wasn't just for suspended players.

I've posted to that forum, twice now in the past four days, and still not active on Singularity.

Is there something else I need to do?

If you have just reactivated an expired account, it can take up to 36 hours for the automated processes to reactivate you on SISI. If you are not activated by that time, a post in the thread linked by others above should help.

If you have created a new account or transfered characters, these changes need a mirror to be active on SISI. E.g. if you create a new account and move characters to it, you cannot log in to Sisi until after the next mirror.

As for when it is scheduled, it isn't - CCP do them as and when they need them.

That depends. If you are a new account, you need to wait for the mirror. If you have re-activated an existing account recently, you need to wait 36 hours then post in that thread. Failing that, follow the instructions at the top of the thread and contact CCP Habakuk.
