POS Roles, Stuck on how to give different abilitys to members??

So I'm sorting out POS roles for the first time I have managed to get the basics all sorted like chaps having access to a certain division etc,
But I can't figure out how to give someone the ability to to use the ammo assembley arrays or ship building arrays without giving then the director role which atm I don't wanna be doing.

Anyone can help me out with this as I am completely stumped lol
