I didnt get skills points

I was on the test server for the MASS test and have not been given any skills point at all. H ave i done something wrong!! I dont understand, I was told I would get skils points for coming into server like everyone else.

The focus will be on sub-capital ships with scripted ECM modules:
Sensor Boosters
Tracking Disruptors
etc

Please do not bring capitals as we require lots of players being destroyed.
