Citadel Market Hubs Question

if you add a market hub does this mean you can sell items you put on the market in your citadel or does it also mean that its a fully seeded NPC type market hub? I really hope it includes the last bit

it means you can sell stuff yourself, no you cant buy a citadel and just have a npc jita installed, it would break things

I think you're asking whether your citadel would automagically have skill books, blueprint originals, and the NPC trade goods (milk, frozen seeds, etc.); the answer probably is "no." Nothing would prevent players from bringing that stuff in and selling it, though, and for nullsec citadels they'd probably make quite a profit on the skills especially.
