Shifted and "invisible" UI

A few days ago bought a new monitor, which is capable of 2560x1600 resolution. Logged in, everything was "shifted" to the bottom and right side, but I could push the buttons then, so I've checked resolution and it was on max. Tried to make game windowed, then fullscreen again and it worked, I can see full UI now normaly.
The only problem now is that the ACTUAL UI is still shifted to the bottom and right side, although it shows me normal. I can't press the buttons, have to search for them in empty space, until they light up.
Any ideas or workarounds?

Managed to reduce resolution and everything now fine, have to keep it down.
