Back to my search for a home in Eve.

I have 23 million + (approaching 24 million) skill points and have played off and on for a number of years on this character, created in May 2009, and another. Originally this guy was my money maker and the other was my pvper, but over time, I've found myself just wanting to play Varlann.

On the skills front, I can fly up to freighters as well as a very well-equipped assault frigate or cov ops frigate. I am partial to flying a destroyer for some reason, but can't articulate why - I just like the Catalyst, and can field a well-equipped BC. Of late, I've been focusing my skills training on drones while trying to beef up some logi and ew capabilities. That said, I am pretty flexible and willing to train to meet the needs of a corporation.

It should be known that I do consider myself, at 47 years of age, a casual player though I am quite serious about my playtime, which is limited. I have a wife, three young children, and teach, so there are periods where sadly Eve simply doesn't happen. Spur of the moment CTAs are very difficult for me, but when something is planned out, I can usually clearly let the FC know if I can come or not. When I am there, I am well prepared. When I'm in a period where I can't be involved in many ops, you can find me mining, manufacturing, scouting, or engaging in other activities for the benefit of the corporation.

Between this character and my other (which I've not logged on in probably 3 or 4 years), I've lived in high, low, and null. I enjoy aspects of each. I've mined, manufactured some, hauled stuff (I still remember being chased for what seemed like 30 jumps, but was probably 3 or 4), done a bit of salvaging, and PVP'd a little. I am self-sufficient and can make my own money and buy my own ships. I'm not scared to fly and not afraid of losing ships.

Here are a few things I'm looking for: First and foremost, I'd like a somewhat organized corporation. I'm not looking for perfection but I do want some effort at organization. Second, maturity. I don't like drama and I don't like nonsense. I have no problem flying with children as long as they have their act together and are learning. A few things I'm interested in: Organized 0.0 mining, PVP, Gallente FW, Roams, Blowing stuff up. You don't have to offer all those things, but they do give an idea of some areas of interest. And it goes without saying that flexibility and an understanding that real life comes first - and sometimes that means I may be gone for a couple weeks - are important.

The reasons why I've tended to leave a corp seem to be threefold: 1) After a little time, I realize we aren't a good fit - usually this has more to do with when people are on than anything, 2) After time I realize what they sold me on something they say they do or say they want to do ((we're going to do more of this or that)) but isn't materializing, or 3) The corp makes a significant change in its operations or policies (as an example, one became very serious about Sovereignty warfare and started to require attendance on four fleets per week, which simply wasn't doable for me).

That gives you a little insight. I'd be delighted to learn more about your corps and why you think we might be a good fit.

If you have any interest in leadership roles, K.A.O.S. Constructions is a high-sec based industrial corp, that dabbles in low-sec and null-sec pve and mining ops.

We might not be exactly what you're looking for, but some areas where I feel we would be a good fit include:

Maturity.
Currently, there is only 2 members (myself and my alt). In our prime we were 40 strong with divisions in wh and null-sec space. New players cut their teeth with me in high-sec, and then moved to other areas run by trusted leaders.

As a corp member, there is no requirement for activity. The only rule was not to cause problems for other pilots.

As a corp leader, you would be required to plan and organize events in your related areas, which would be to your own schedule. This would include training and herding cats.

I would love to give you free reign over what activities you coordinate, support you in your actions, and generally build a large, diverse, self-maintaining corp for new and old players.

If this sounds interesting or you have any questions or ideas, feel free to contact me.

I'm a very easy going pilot and am open to many ideas.

Cheers! o/

Tried everyone else? Still can't find the right FIT? Try Misfits!!!

As the name implies, we are a bunch of null-sec jack of all trades, masters of none. We do BLOPS, small gang, big fleet, cap, mining, building, high sec, wh space, D all of the above kind of corp. The leadership has an average of 8 years in game experience in all aspects. Most of the members have been in the game an average of 3 years. We are a very social, teamspeak based corp that prides itself in that if you are in Misfits, you are treated like family. We get RL. We understand that everyone wants to play the game based on different interests.

Some points that make us Full of Awesome-sauce!

NULL SEC BASED CORP
5 mill minimum SP required
Full api required, TS required
