We are mining focused, but have needs for pilots of all skills, are looking for new and experienced players for general membership and officer roles.

If you are new, you will have access to:
Ships
Skill Books
Scholarship Fund
Operational Support (Wingmen, supplies, etc)
Logistical Support (Intel, fleet bonuses, etc)
Orca supported mining ops.
Peaceful Mining belts (last can flip was over a year ago)
You will also learn how to defend yourself from all threats as well as secure your financial foundations for the future.

If you are experienced, we are looking for:
Miners:
Rare Ore skills a plus.
Refiners
Manufacturers
Haulers:
Blockaid Runners a plus.
Freighters in Empire a plus.
Traders:
Someone skilled in finding the best prices across the galaxy.
Explorers:
Scans of 4 systems for Grav sites, will support with skillbooks and funding.
Combat Pilots (for low / null / wh ops)

I am also looking for Executives for the corporation to help with
Daily Ops
Ops Planning / Scheduling
Business Planing (think tank for growing profits)
Business Development (Putting plans from Business Planning into action)

If you apply and are chosen to fulfill an officer or executive role, you will receive salary (a percentage of the companies revenue for X amount of time (Actual time to be determined)).

Again, this is for anyone in any time zone. I plan to have this corp active at all times. This will of course take many members so we need YOU!

I have personally mined in our home systems for 8 years along with Low Sec mining ops and WH ops.
Empire Space is just our foundations. As we settle in and grow, we will be expanding to our Low Sec and Null Sec spaces as well as WH space.

My goal is to have a learning lab environment for new players to learn under the guide of experienced players and have every need of the company being met by efficiently using many skilled players for each task.

This may sound daunting at first but K.A.O.S. Constructions is a casual player corporation, with a highly structured corporate system, and as our membership continues to increase, so will profitability for everyone.
